There is no cannister atop the oil cooler for a filter and there is no filter mount below it. The oil cooler is very long and doesn't have the bend in it like the photo, it's just basically straight horizontal. I tried looking up the S/N on Cummins QuickServe but it says its invalid. In the meantime, the S/N is 10222681 from the front left side of the block. I don't have photos today but should tomorrow. If it is a blunt nose crank it will be hanging down on the oil cooler.post some phots cause some of us have never seen a engine like that.
